Today is 17/11,hand,leg pain...

Today...is 17/11,
Later going to suwen's house...wondering if i had the strength to go out...hand,leg pain...
I guess is muscle cramp...yesterday the training is so hard...now my hand is pain...leg also pain...
I think is due to long time never exercise then suddenly exercise then mucle cramp

I am looking forward to later...at suwen's house...
